We list the grade of the computer which identifies its external physical condition and has no bearing on how the computer runs or its internal condition. You will find that the physical condition has a bearing on the price, so you will get a better value-for-money option going for one with a lower grade if you are not concerned with condition too much.

Here is a list of our grading options:-

Grade A+ Very few, if any, signs of previous usage

Grade A Minor signs of previous uage but generally in very good condition

Grade B Shows medium signs of wear and tear, may include slightly worn keys/touchpad and may show slight screen imperfections but this is rare

Grade C Shows heavy signs of wear and tear, includes worn keys/touchpad and may have screen imperfections

Grade D Has signs of aesthetic physical damage which will be visible but do not inhibit the structure or performance of the laptop
