All of our computers are fully serviced prior to sale. They include a 12 month warranty which covers any hardware fault which is unlikely to occur within that period. Our service is second to none and we are always happy to give you a hand before and after purchase. Buy with confidence from a company who specialises in computer refurbishment. Please bear in mind that any defects present when the computer is sold, and the customer is made aware of, are not covered under warranty.

You are able to pay in advance for any of the laptops listed on our website. This would guarantee you will get it and we will even let you inspect the laptop when you collect it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money in full. Alternatively we are happy for you to reserve a laptop we have listed if you wish to inspect it first, all you would need to do is either message or call us and we will keep it aside, providing you call in within a reasonable time period as our laptops are in high demand.

We list the grade of the computer which identifies its external physical condition and has no bearing on how the computer runs or its internal condition. You will find that the physical condition has a bearing on the price, so you will get a better value-for-money option going for one with a lower grade if you are not concerned with condition too much.

Here is a list of our grading options:-

Grade A+ Very few, if any, signs of previous usage

Grade A Minor signs of previous uage but generally in very good condition

Grade B Shows medium signs of wear and tear, may include slightly worn keys/touchpad and may show slight screen imperfections but this is rare

Grade C Shows heavy signs of wear and tear, includes worn keys/touchpad and may have screen imperfections

Grade D Has signs of aesthetic physical damage which will be visible but do not inhibit the structure or performance of the laptop
